Stock Benefit Blocks: Education

International School TC benefit block of 100,000 shares makes education free.
The monetary cost of every single course combined is $222,495.

Unless ISTC costs less than $2.22 per share, this benefit block will not pay for itself.

However, the above number does not include the $50,000,000 price tag for the Dual Wield Melee course.
Currently ISTC is trading at $353.9957, or a $35.4 million dollar investment which you can sell after starting the course.

WSSB, or West Side South Bank University, benefit block of 100,000 shares removes energy costs for education. All education, not counting the Dual Wield Melee course, costs 2945 energy.

Currently WSSB is trading at $408.6919, or $40.8 million for the benefit block.

Energy is hard to quantify in terms of money. However, 2945 energy is equivalent to 11.78 or 12 Xanax, trading at $810,000, or $9.5 million. Energy can also be quantified in terms of money using the cost of Donator status or Energy Refill via points. This will not be calculated in this article.

Stat Building Expenses

Assume $50,000 for Ecstasy, combined with 25 points ($86,000 per) for the daily energy refill.
$2,150,000 each day.

A Donator Pack gives 5 energy every 10 minutes instead of 15, and allows the bar to fill to 150 instead of 100. Both bars take 5 hours to fill, Donator at a rate of 30 E/hr and regular at 20E/hr.

If trains cost 10E, using Ecstasy and Refill gives you 20 trains without donator status and 30 trains with. using that logic I would not use Ecstasy and Refill unless I had a Donator Pack. DPs cost $19,000,000 or about $610,000 per day.

A Private Island costs $100,000 per day to upkeep. If you have one that is fully staffed, daily upkeep totals at $352,500 per day.

The daily cost of setting this up would be on average $3,100,000. Weekly would be $21,700,000. This doesn't count Xanax or other items like Feather Hotel Coupons or Erotic DVDs.

If your bank account has the full $2,000,000,000 ($2B) in it, interest made weekly will be around $20-24,000,000. This is enough to cover the daily expenses as well as additional purchases of drugs. Rehab is not taken into account.

Additional income will be required to maintain this lifestyle and progress in the game.

Large Suitcase

I'm going to make the math simple and ignore travel costs.

A large suitcase costs $10,000,000 and allows you to carry 4 more items with you when you travel. For someone who travels for flowers or other items, this seems quite appealing. By default a player can carry 5 items at a time.  The flower costs are fixed but the market price is variable, therefore profits are variable.

My example market prices are only examples. The price flowers sell at may be higher or lower in real time.

Japan50070,00036
China500080,00034
UAE6,00089,00031
South Africa2,00058,00044

"Visits" is calculated by cost of Large Suitcase divided by the profit (Market Price - Flower Cost) of 4 flowers. In other words, if you picked one destination to travel to exclusively to buy 4 extra of that flower, it would take that many visits for the profits from those extra flowers to pay for the suitcase.

Although it's nice to see a larger number in your events of people purchasing from your bazaar, the Large Suitcase takes a long time to pay itself off.

Notice this table does not include travel time. Assume you have access to a Private Island with it's own airstrip and pilot. Ignoring the cost of those completely, The United Kingdom is over a 3 1/2 hr round trip. The earliest you would see a return on profit for the suitcase would be after a week of gameplay, assuming you never slept for more than 1 hour and 47 minutes at a time. The UAE, which is the least amount of trips, is still over 6 hours round trip. This could be done in around 8 days of gameplay if you were never asleep for over 3 hours.
Ignoring the extreme cases, taking one trip per day on the plane would take a month of daily Dubai (UAE) visits to pay off the suitcase (using only the extra income from the extra flowers).

Of course there are other ways of making money in this game, but if you're running flowers as your main source of income and aren't an incredibly active player, this guide should help you decide whether you want to drop the big bucks on the suitcase.

EDIT:
After purchasing my large suitcase, it took roughly 3 weeks of logging in only to travel and buy flowers to have the profit of the extra 4 flowers per trip account for the $10,000,000 spent on the suitcase. The points update which raised the market cap to 100,000 per point, effectively boosting flower prices as well as set prices (now roughly $750,000/set).
